Abstract

The invention relates to a ZnAl2O4 ceramic system material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials and preparation. The material is prepared from, bymass, 60-70% of glass and 30-40% of aluminium oxide; the glass is a mixture of 30-50% by mass of potassium-aluminium-borosilicate glass and 12-35% by mass of zinc-borosilicate glass; glass and aluminium oxide are mixed, dried and formed and then sintered at the low temperature being 810-850 DEG C. The dielectric constant of the prepared ZnAl2O4 ceramic system material is 4.65-4.98, the Q*f value is 4,746-7,360 GHz, the thermal expansion coefficient is 4.7-5.6 ppm / DEG C, and the bending strength is 150-202 Mpa. Compared with an existing ZnAl2O4-based ceramic material, the sintering temperatureis obviously lowered, the LTCC technology can be compatible for circuit integration, and the dielectric property and the mechanical property are excellent; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple,and the raw material cost is low; the preparation process is basically the same as that of traditional glass ceramic, and the good process stability is achieved.
