The aqueous paint is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts ofdeionized water, 20-30 parts of aqueous acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 30-40 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-4 parts of a pH buffer agent, 2-4 parts of a flatting agent, 3-5 partsof a film forming auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of a dispersant, 1-2 parts of a wetting agent and 1-2 parts of a defoamer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the titanium dioxide into the deionized water to be dispersed and stirred to form a mixed solution A; (2) successively adding the waterborne acrylic resin, the waterborne polyurethane, the pH buffer agent, the flatting agent, the film forming auxiliary agent, the dispersant and the wetting agent into the mixed solution A and stirring the mixed solution A to obtain a mixed solution B; (3) adding the defoamer into the deionized water, uniformly stirring the mixture, dropwise adding the mixture, and stirring the mixture to obtain a mixed solution C; and (4) filtering the mixed solution C to prepare the aqueouspaint.
