Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum environment-friendly nickel-free sealing agent and a preparation method and sealing method of the aluminum environment-friendly nickel-free sealing agent. The sealing agent is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of lithium acetate, 0.5-2 parts of sodium persulfate, 0.5-2 parts of glacial acetic acid, 30-50 parts of potassium fluoride dihydrate and 5-20 parts of sodium fluoride. The preparation method and sealing method of the aluminum environment-friendly nickel-free sealing agent are easy and efficient, and the aluminum environment-friendly nickel-free sealing agent contains no nickel or other controlled substance, and is environmentally friendly.
