The LED-UV light-cured solvent-free white paint comprises a priming paint and a finish paint which are combined; the priming paint comprises 40 to 50% of LED-UV special-purpose modified acrylic ester, 20 to 30% of an active monomer, 4 to 6% of a LED-UV special-purpose photoinitiator, 0.5 to 1.5% of a dispersant, 0 to 1% of an antifoaming agent, 15 to 20% of titanium dioxide, and 0 to 1% of a levelling agent; the finish paint comprises 40 to 50% of LED-UV special-purpose modified acrylic ester, 20 to 30% of an active monomer, 4 to 6% of a LED-UV special-purpose photoinitiator, 0.5 to 1.5% of a dispersant, 0 to 1% of an antifoaming agent, 15 to 20% of titanium dioxide, and 0 to 1% of a levelling agent. Curing film formingof the LED-UV light-cured solvent-free white paint can be realized at room temperature; surface drying is quick; curing time is short; curing can be realized in 30min; paint film surface layer and deep layer complete curing can be realized; excellent physical and chemical performance is achieved; no smell is detected; yellowing resistance is achieved; paint cost is low; and application range is wide.
