The high-purity spherical boric acid with no aggregation is prepared by: dissolving analytically pure boric acid or industrial boric acid in a hot solvent which is a mixture of water with a lower alcohol, ketone, ether or acid with carbon number of less than 4, cooling the boric acid solution based on the solubility and surface free energy control principle, adjusting exposed crystal face of boric acid crystal and morphology of aggregated particles by inducing crystallization via organic molecules so that recrystallized boric acid microspheres are separated from the oversaturated solution, carrying outsuction filtering, and drying. Instant spherical boric acid powder prepared via the method is simple to operate, the technical conditions are easy to control, consuming a surfactant or aid is not required, material utilization rate is high, and the finished product has high purity.
