The oil field waste heat utilization system based on absorption refrigeration comprises an absorption refrigeration system and a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system, wherein a refrigerant solution and refrigerant steam in an oil field waste heat heating generator exchange heat with a supercritical carbon dioxide working medium in a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system in a condenser; the working medium absorbs heat so as to be warmed to enter a turbine for working through expansion, is connected with a power generator for generating power, and is then cycled through a supercritical carbon dioxide cooler and a supercritical carbon dioxide compressor; and therefrigerant solution enters an evaporator through an expansion valve, is evaporated to absorb heat so as to produce cold water for an air conditioner, is then mixed with a low-concentration refrigerant solution in an absorber so as to recover a high-concentration refrigerant solution state, and returns into the generator through a solution pump.
