Abstract

The invention discloses a method of determining trace mercury ions in Eleocharis tuberose peel based on a DNase SERS technology. The method comprises the following steps: a Hg<2+> standard solution system with a known concentration and a blank reference solution system are prepared, SERS peak intensities of the Hg<2+> standard solution system with a known concentration and the blank reference solution system are determined respectively, deltaI is calculated, a working curve is drawn for the concentration relationship of Hg<2+> by deltaI, and based on the above method, the content of Hg<2+> inthe Eleocharis tuberose peel is further determined. The SERS spectrometry result shows that the linear regression equation of the Hg<2+> concentration and deltaI is deltaI=0.8685x+17.92, R<2>=0.9955,and a good linear relationship with deltaI is achieved when the Hg<2+> concentration is between 2.5*10<-8> and 7.5*10<-7>. When the method is used for Hg<2+> detection for the Eleocharis tuberose peel, the determined relative standard deviations are all within 10%, and the recovery rate is 101 to 105%. The method has the characteristics of simple operation and high sensitivity and can be used fordetecting heavy metals in agricultural products.

Description

[0001] 【Technical field】 [0002] The invention belongs to the field of analysis and detection, and in particular relates to a method for detecting trace mercury ions in water chestnut skins based on the DNase SERS technology with simple operation and high sensitivity. [0003] 【Background technique】 [0004] Mercury is a highly toxic heavy metal. Mercury and its compounds can easily accumulate in the human body through the food chain. When the mercury content accumulates in the human body to a certain extent, it will cause poisoning. For a long time, due to unreasonable discharge of industrial wastewater, improper treatment of domestic waste, and large-scale use of chemical fertilizers and chemical pesticides, a large amount of heavy metal mercury has remained in agricultural products. Human beings eat agricultural products contaminated by mercury for a long time, and mercury accumulates in the human body, leading to chronic or acute mercury poisoning in the human body. The p...
