The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying the coffee grounds, stirring the dried coffee grounds, the PLA material, graphene oxide, calcium carbonate, the amino silane coupling agent and the binder, and melted, carrying out melt blending treatment and muffle furnace high-temperature rapid treatment, and drying and granulating the treated mixture; and melting the prepared granular composite material by an injection molding machine, and producing the product by using a mold temperature controller, wherein the temperature of the injection molding cylinder of the injection molding machine is divided into five ranges of temperature.
