jacquard loom, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of a
stainless steel wire: selecting 316L type stainless steel for multi-pass
wire drawing treatment to obtain a cylindrical
wire rod with the
diameter of 1-1.5 mm; carrying out annealing treatment on the
wire rod; s2,
stamping the
wire rod: performing torsion releasing, straightening,
cutting, middle flattening and
punching treatment on the coiled wire rod to obtain a stainless steel part crude product with a heald eye in the middle; s3, treatment of the heald eye of the stainless steel part, wherein pretreatment, deburring and
polishing are included; and S4, the stainless steel part and the plastic parts are compounded, specifically, the stainless steel part treated in the step S3 is cleaned and dried, and then the plastic parts are directly formed at the two ends of the stainless steel part in an injection molding mode. Through optimized
material selection, precise
machining and a unique surface treatment process, the produced composite harness wire has the advantages of no
magnetism, smooth and wear-resistant harness eyes, firm combination of
metal and plastic, long service life and the like, and is suitable for a high-speed operation condition.
