The prefabricated soleplate (3) is formed by joining a top prefabricated block (7) and a bottom prefabricated block (8). The bottom prefabricated block (8) is provided with a rib (9) or stuffing (10). The bottom prefabricated block (8) is provided with two or more notches (6). When producing the hollow floor slab, the cast-in-situ multi-rib (1) and the cast-in-situ crest slab (2) are firstly poured, and then a reinforcement fabric (11) and the prefabricated soleplate (3) are arranged on a bottom projection (5) of the cast-in-situ multi-rib (1) or on a projection (5) which is coated with mortar (12); the cast-in-situ multi-rib (1), the cast-in-situ crest slab (2) and the prefabricated soleplate (3) form a cavity (4); and the mortar (12) is painted below the prefabricated soleplate (3) to form an integral hollow floor slab. The hollow floor slab has good integrity, large rigidness, high bearing capacity, long service life and simple construction procedure.
