Abstract

The invention discloses a coating with bulletproof and explosion-proof functions. The composition comprises the following raw materials by mass: 30 to 85 parts of polyurethane, 40 to 85 parts of polyurea, 0.3 to 8 parts of conductive polymer, 5 to 15 parts of nano silicon powder, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of compatilizer, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of macromolecular polyamide-amine dendrimer (PAMAM) dispersion mixing agent, 0.1 to 2.5 parts of flatting agent and 0.1 to 1.5 parts of toner. The polyurethane is any one compound or a composition of several selected from polyesterpolyurethane, polyether polyurethane and epoxy polyurethane, preferably 40-80 parts. The impact resistance of the coating is improved by utilizing mesoporous nano silicon oxide, and zinc carboxylate,bismuth carboxylate and the like are accommodated in a nano cavity of the polyamide-amine dendrimer (PAMAM), so that the uniform dispersion and stabilization effects among organic-inorganic element components and among polyester, polyurea macromolecules, other fillers and additives are promoted; therefore, the coating with excellent bulletproof performance, corrosion resistance and conductivity is prepared.
