Embodiment 1

[0047] HoPO 4 2H 2 Preparation of O nanomaterials.

[0048] NaOH (0.6 g) was added to a solution of ethanol (10 mL) oleic acid (10 mL), and the mixture was stirred. Add NaHPO to the reaction mixture 4 2H 2 O (5mL, 2molL -1 ) and Ho(NO 3 ) 3 (5mL, 2molL -1 ), some amorphous precipitates appeared immediately. After stirring for a while, the mixture was transferred to a reaction kettle (50 mL), and then ethanol (15 mL) was added. The autoclave was sealed and the reaction was heated to 190 °C for 16 hours. The reaction was then cooled to room temperature and the final product spontaneously separated at the bottom of the autoclave. Finally, it was dried overnight in an oven at 60° C. to obtain the final product for future use.

[0049] Prepared HoPO 4 2H 2 TEM of O nanomaterials such as figure 2 As shown in A, the XRD analysis is as follows figure 1 shown. Depend on figure 2 A can be obtained, the length of the hexagonal plane is between 50-100nm. image 3 for H...

Embodiment 2

[0051] HoPO 4 2H 2 Preparation of O nanomaterials.

[0052] NaOH (0.6 g) was added to a solution of ethanol (9.5 mL) oleic acid (9.5 mL), and the mixture was stirred. The autoclave was sealed and the reaction was heated to 185°C for 17 hours. The reaction was then cooled to room temperature and the final product spontaneously separated at the bottom of the autoclave. Finally, it was dried overnight in an oven at 55° C. to obtain the final product for future use.

Embodiment 3

[0054] HoPO 4 2H 2 Preparation of O nanomaterials.

[0055] NaOH (0.6 g) was added to a solution of ethanol (10.5 mL) oleic acid (10.5 mL), and the mixture was stirred. The autoclave was sealed and the reaction was heated to 195°C for 15 hours. The reaction was then cooled to room temperature and the final product spontaneously separated at the bottom of the autoclave. Finally, it was dried overnight in an oven at 65° C. to obtain the final product for future use.

Abstract

A preparation method and application of holmium phosphate dihydrate nanometer material. The present invention relates to a HoPO 4 2H 2 The preparation method and application of O nanometer catalytic composite material, alkali salt and ethanol, oleic acid are mixed to obtain mixed solution A; Add NaHPO in mixed solution A 4 2H 2 O and Ho(NO 3 ) 3 , mixed before adding ethanol, NaHPO 4 2H 2 The concentration of O is 1.8‑2.2molL ‑1 , Ho(NO 3 ) 3 The concentration is 1.8‑2.2molL ‑1 , hydrothermal reaction at 180-200°C, separation and drying to obtain HoPO 4 2H 2 O. Prepared HoPO 4 2H 2 O has photocatalytic activity, and when combined with hydrogen peroxide, the photocatalytic degradation rate is higher. Synthesized HoPO 4 2H 2 O@Ag nano-catalytic composite material has better photocatalytic degradation rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of surface modification of nano catalytic composite materials, in particular to a HoPO 4 2H 2 Preparation methods and applications of O nanomaterials. Background technique [0002] The information disclosed in this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the present invention, and is not necessarily taken as an acknowledgment or any form of suggestion that the information constitutes the prior art already known to those skilled in the art. [0003] Rare earth phosphate materials have diverse structures, remarkable performance, and good chemical and thermal stability, making them widely used in optical devices, catalysts, and sensors.
