Abstract

The invention discloses a Brevibacillus lateralsporosa, an antibacterial lipopeptide and its application in agriculture and food, and belongs to the field of biotechnology. Among them, Brevibacillus spp. was isolated from Nanjing farmland; the Bacillus spp. was cultured in LB liquid medium, and it could be fermented to produce antibacterial lipopeptide, wherein the antibacterial lipopeptide produced was composed of two amino acid sequences. Two kinds of antibacterial lipopeptides are obtained through three separations, purifications and identifications. After determination, the antibacterial lipopeptide has a broad antibacterial spectrum and good thermal stability and pH stability, and can be widely used in the fields of food and agriculture.
