Embodiment example 1

[0014] Implementation Case 1: The method of ethylenediamine pretreatment Caragana and enzymatic hydrolysis of the present invention

[0015] (1) Pretreatment method

[0016] Mechanically crush the dried caragana raw material through a 40-mesh sieve, weigh 20 g of the obtained caragana material and put it into a 250 mL stainless steel reaction kettle with a sealed cover, add 30 mL of ethylenediamine, stir evenly, and tighten the sealed cover. Put the reaction kettle containing the solid-liquid mixture into an oil bath at 120°C for 10 minutes to react. After taking out the reaction kettle, put it into cold water to cool rapidly, open the reaction kettle, take out the material and wash it with deionized water (or recover ethylenediamine by heating), filter and dry to obtain the pretreated caragana bar.

[0017] (2) Enzymatic hydrolysis method

[0018] Take a certain amount of material pretreated by ethylenediamine and put it into a 100mL narrow-necked Erlenmeyer flask, add cell...

[0019] Implementation Case 2: The method of ethylenediamine pretreatment Caragana and enzymatic hydrolysis of the present invention

[0020] (1) Pretreatment method

[0021] Mechanically crush the dried caragana raw material through a 60-mesh sieve, weigh 20 g of the obtained caragana material and put it into a 250 mL stainless steel reaction kettle with a sealed cover, add 70 mL of ethylenediamine, stir evenly, and tighten the sealed cover. Put the above-mentioned reactor containing the solid-liquid mixture into an oil bath at 180° C. to react for 30 minutes. After taking out the reaction kettle, put it into cold water to cool rapidly, open the reaction kettle, take out the material and wash it with deionized water (or recover ethylenediamine by heating), filter and dry to obtain the pretreated caragana bar.

[0024] Implementation Case 3: The method of ethylenediamine pretreatment of caragana and enzymatic hydrolysis of the present invention

[0025] (1) Pretreatment method

[0026] Mechanically pulverize the dried caragana raw material through an 80-mesh sieve, weigh 20 g of the obtained caragana material and put it into a 250 mL stainless steel reaction kettle with a sealed cover, add 100 mL of ethylenediamine, stir evenly, and tighten the sealed cover. Put the reaction kettle containing the solid-liquid mixture into an oil bath at 230°C for 60 minutes to react. After taking out the reaction kettle, put it into cold water to cool rapidly, open the reaction kettle, take out the material and wash it with deionized water (or recover ethylenediamine by heating), filter and dry to obtain the pretreated caragana bar.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for pretreating caragana microphylla with ethylene diamine. The crushed caragana microphylla is mixed with the ethylene diamine and placed in a closed reaction container, and a reaction is carried out at 120-230 DEG C to obtain pretreated caragana microphylla. The method can be used for effectively removing lignin, retaining cellulose, reducing cellulose crystallinity and improving the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency of cellulose and hemicellulose in the caragana microphylla. The method is simple in operation and low in corrosiveness to equipment, the ethylene diamine can be recovered subsequently, and the method is suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomass refining, and in particular relates to a method for pretreating caragana with ethylenediamine. Background technique [0002] With the gradual depletion of petroleum resources and the deterioration of the environment, environmentally friendly renewable resources have attracted more and more attention. Renewable biomass with abundant reserves and wide sources is an important part of the new resource system. Lignocellulosic biomass raw materials are mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. In plant cell walls, lignin is filled between cellulose and hemicellulose, and is connected with sugar polymers through hydrogen bonds and covalent bonds. This dense structure can help plants resist the invasion of microorganisms, but it seriously increases the difficulty of its development and utilization. Therefore, effective pretreatment technology is a necessary means to break this biological r...
