Embodiment 1

[0023] A completely dissolvable composite gas bag for pipeline welding and argon filling sealing is prepared from polyvinyl alcohol, organic defoaming agent, glycerin, flame retardant, water and other components. Its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0024] (1) Dissolve 158.4g of polyvinyl alcohol in 1,320ml of water containing 15g of glycerol at normal temperature and pressure, stir at 1000rpm for 10min, add 7.5g of silicone defoamer dropwise, dissolve and keep warm for 2~ 2.5 hours. Then add 180g of flame retardant to the solution, stir well for 20min until completely dissolved and evenly dispersed. Stop stirring and stand for 2h.

Abstract

The plugging composite airbag is composed of multiple layers of water-soluble paper-plastic composite films. The multi-layer paper-plastic composite film is composed of water-soluble polymer gas barrier layer / water-soluble paper / water-soluble polymer gas barrier layer or the repeated stacking of the above structural units. Water-soluble polymers are coated on both sides of the water-soluble paper, which enhances the strength of the water-soluble paper. Thus endowing the composite airbag with good stiffness, folding resistance and gas barrier property. The composite airbag is bonded with the pipeline by a high temperature resistant adhesive to become a welded argon-filled sealing material with high gas barrier property, high thermal stability, and completely soluble in water. An efficient and reliable argon protective atmosphere can be formed inside the pipeline with limited space, which can effectively improve the welding quality, shorten the construction period and improve the installation efficiency.
