The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively mixing the hard material component, the soft material component and the inner composite layer material component; after mixing, respectively heating and mixing the above three components in a high-speed mixer; then respectively putting the three components into a cooling mixer for cooling; after cooling and discharging, respectively putting the three components into three plastic extruders for heating, melting and extruding so asto respectively extrude a soft coating layer material, a hard core layer material and a soft inner-wall composite coating layer material; co-extruding the materials, which have been extruded by the three extruders, into a composite die, and extruding material strips; and finally producing the spirally wound PVC hose with the inner composite enhancement layer and for the sanitary ware by adoptinga spiral winding compounding method.
