salt solution to obtain mixtures, fermenting the mixtures to obtain fermented mature red kojic soybean paste, filling containers with the fermented mature red kojic soybean paste and sterilizing the fermented mature red kojic soybean paste to obtain a finished product which is the red kojic soybean paste.
