Problems solved by technology

This method organically combines the high temperature and high pressure counter-current heat transfer technology with the hydrocracking catalyst grading technology, comprehensively utilizes the heat of hydrocracking reaction, and not only fully utilizes the characteristics of two different types of hydrocracking catalysts, but also maintains catalyst selectivity. Improve the quality of the target product, and reduce the project investment and operating energy consumption. This method has a limited yield of chemical raw materials, and the improvement rate of jet fuel quality is low, and the economic benefit is low.

Abstract

The invention discloses a wax oil hydrocracking method, which comprises the following steps that (1) a wax oil raw material and hydrogen enters a hydrofining reactor in a mixed manner and are subjected to desulfurization, denitrification and aromatic hydrocarbon saturation reaction; (2) the effluent obtained in the step (1) enters a hydrocracking reactor, wherein the hydrocracking reactor comprises first to nth catalyst bed layers in a material direction, n is greater than or equal to 3, preferably 3 or 4, the first to (n-1)th catalyst bed layers are filled with a hydrocracking catalyst containing a modified Y molecular sieve, and the nth catalyst bed layer is filled with a hydroisomerization catalyst containing beta and / or ZSM-series molecular sieves and other molecular sieves with high isomerization performance; and (3) the effluent of the hydrocracking reactor is subjected to gas-liquid separation and liquid-phase fractionation to obtain naphtha, aviation kerosene, diesel oil and tail oil. According to the method, by using wax oil as a raw material, the yield of heavy naphtha with high aromatic potential is increased and the quality of aviation kerosene and diesel oil products is improved by setting a reasonable catalyst grading mode and modulating the catalyst composition and the structure in grading bed layers.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hydrocracking method, in particular to a hydrocracking method for producing high-quality clean fuel by using vacuum wax oil as a raw material. Background technique [0002] Hydrocracking technology has the characteristics of strong adaptability to raw materials, great flexibility in production operations and product plans, and good product quality. It can directly convert various heavy and low-quality feedstocks into high-quality jet fuel, diesel, and lubricating oil base materials that are urgently needed by the market. As well as chemical naphtha and tail oil steam cracking raw materials for ethylene production, it has become one of the most important heavy oil deep processing processes in modern oil refining and petrochemical industries, and has been increasingly widely used at home and abroad. [0003] CN200610008413.X discloses a combined hydrocracking method. In this method, low-quality catalytic cracking diesel oil is ...
