The epoxy resin three-proofing paint is composed of a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 2:1, wherein the component A is composed of 60-90 parts of bisphenol A epoxy resin, 10-20 parts of a reactive diluent, 10-30 parts of a core-shell organic filler, 0.1-0.5 part of an antifoaming agent, 1-3 parts of a thixotropic agent and 0.5-1 part of a leveling agent; the component B is prepared from 40-70 parts of modified alicyclic amine, 15-30 partsof polyether amine and 10-30 parts of non-active diluent. According to the epoxy resin conformal coating disclosed by the invention, the modified alicyclic amine is added, so that the glass transitiontemperature of the epoxy resin conformal coating is not reduced, and the strength is not reduced within a working temperature range (150 DEG C or below); by adding the core-shell organic filler, whenthe environment temperature exceeds 180 DEG C, the paint film becomes soft, the modulus is reduced, the strength is reduced, the organic filler begins to rapidly expand, and a large number of cavities are generated in the paint film, so that the epoxy resin three-proofing paint is separated from the interface of the base material and cannot be recovered after being cooled, and the purpose of easyrepair is achieved.
