The mulching film comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate), 10 to 30 parts of polylactic acid, 0.1 to 3 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.1 to 2 parts of talcum powder, 1-5 parts of a compatilizer, 0.01 to 0.5 part of a slipping agent, 0.1 to 1 part of an anti-blocking agent, 0.01 to 1 part of an antioxidant, 0.01 to 0.5 part of an ultraviolet light absorber, 0.01 to 0.5 part of an anti-aging agent, and 0.1 to 1 part ofan anti-hydrolysis agent.
