The polyurethane adhesive composition comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises, in percentage by weight, 20-70 wt.% of one or more biolipid modified polyols; the component B comprises, in percentage by weight, 50-90 wt.% of one or more polyurethane prepolymers; the polyurethane prepolymer is an isocyanate-terminated product obtained by reaction of an isocyanate monomer compound and a polyol compound; the isocyanate monomer is selected from any one of an aromatic cyanate compoundand an aliphatic isocyanate compound, and the polyol compound is selected from any one of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, dimer acid modified polyol, biolipid modified polyol and bisphenol A modified polyether polyol.
