The ointment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-300 parts of compound ammonium nitrate powder, 10-30 parts of calomelas, 5-15 parts of borneol, 3-10 parts of mylabris, 10-20 parts of realgar, 5-15 parts of mercury, 3-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis powder, 300-400 parts of albolene and 50-100 parts of glycerogelatin. The preparation method for the ointment comprises the following steps: the calomelas, the borneol, the mylabris, the realgar, the mercury and the radix sophorae flavescentis powder are put into a grinder and are ground into respective fine powders; the compound ammonium nitrate powder and the ground fine powders of all the raw materials are weighed, and are stirred evenly after being mixed; and the albolene and the glycerogelatin are added and stirred evenly at temperature of 60-70 DEG C, and the temperature is lowered to room temperature while stirring is performed.
