The inorganic antiskid layer material composition comprises the following components in percentage byweight: 10-30% of ordinary Portland cement; 1-3% of silica fume; 0.1 to 1 percent of a powder air entraining agent; 0.2-1% of a powder defoaming agent; 0-3% of a pigment; 60 to 85% of wear-resistantaggregate; and 1-10% of latex powder. The preparation method of the inorganic antiskid layer material composition for the permeable pavement comprises the following steps: weighing the materials in proportion, sequentially adding the materials into a dry powder mixing stirrer, mixing for at least 45 minutes, uniformly mixing to obtain a required mixture, weighing and packaging. According to the invention, the problem that various water-permeable concrete is easy to slip can be solved, water-permeable pores are not blocked, and the water permeability of the water-permeable concrete pavement isnot influenced.
