Abstract

The invention discloses an antibacterial silk thread suture line with a dual-photoresponse function and a preparation method of the antibacterial silk thread suture line. The zinc nitrate hexahydrate,ammonia water and hexamethylenetetramine are used as main raw materials, after one-step reaction, the main raw materials react with sodium citrate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, carbon powder and lignin, and an obtained product is subjected to freeze drying and microwave treatment to obtain porous zinc oxide; the porous zinc oxide is loaded on the silk thread to obtain the antibacterial silk thread suture line with the dual-photoresponse function, the antibacterial performance of the porous zinc oxide can be further enhanced under the excitation of yellow light, and the zinc oxide is heatedunder the excitation of near-infrared light, so that the degradation of the suture line is accelerated. The method has the advantages of simple and safe process, no need of adding an organic solvent,simple operation method, low requirements on equipment, and suitableness for large-scale production and industrialization.
