The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly dissolving 1 part by weight of the sodium selenite with the deionized water to form a solution I; then dissolving 1 part by weight of the glutathione, 5 parts by weight of the vitamin C and 1 part by weight of the sodium citrate with the deionized water to obtain a solution II, mixing the solution I with 100 parts by weight of the pure milk, pouring in the solution II to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture to 30-55 DEG C, and performinga reaction for 2-5 hours to obtain a novel selenium preparation finally.
