Abstract

The invention discloses a multi-layer composite heat-resistant tube for desert and a manufacturing method thereof. The multi-layer composite heat-resistant tube comprises a plastic outer layer, a sealing rubber ring and an aluminum alloy inner layer, wherein the plastic outer layer comprises an ultraviolet ageing resistant protective layer and a plastic protective layer; and a hot melt adhesive layer is arranged between the aluminum alloy inner layer and the sealing rubber ring. Processing steps for the multi-layer composite heat-resistant tube for desert are as follows: coating hot melt adhesive on the outer surface of the aluminum alloy inner tube, sleeving the sealing rubber ring on the surface of the hot melt adhesive in a penetrating mode for firmly bonding the sealing ring, and sleeving the plastic outer layer along the sealing rubber ring in the penetrating mode.
