Problems solved by technology

[0019] 1) Excessive ammonium fluoride is added to the feed in this process, resulting in two disadvantages: one is that the solution system is unstable, and crystals will precipitate during storage
The second is the waste of raw materials
[0020] 2) This process directly adds silver oxide solids, and the raw materials may bring uncontrollable impurities, which makes it difficult to control the impurities in the final product
[0021] 3) There is no refining process in this process, and excess ammonium fluoride, excess ammonia and excess silver cannot be removed
[0026] 3) The heating conditions of this process are reflux reaction in a closed system at 60°C, 80°C, and 120°C for 2.0h, 1.0h, and 3.0h respectively. The reaction conditions are harsh and difficult to reproduce, and qualified products cannot be produced after repeated verifications

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of oral cavity materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a material for treating dental caries, that is, a method for preparing silver ammonia fluoride. The present invention uses silver nitrate, sodium hydroxide, ammonium fluoride and ammonia water as raw materials, provides a new idea for the preparation of silver ammonia fluoride solution, realizes the refinement of the preparation process through gradient heating, removes excess raw materials, and avoids the generation of by-products and precipitation. The preparation process is economical, environmentally friendly and stable, and can prepare a silver ammonia fluoride solution with less impurities, less by-products and long-term storage stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of oral materials, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a material for treating dental caries, that is, a method for preparing silver ammonium fluoride. Background technique [0002] Caries is a disease in which the hard tissue of the tooth body is chronically and progressively destroyed under the influence of various factors mainly including bacteria. [0003] Caries prevention generally adopts the following measures: [0004] (1) Strengthen oral health care and control dental plaque [0005] (2) Use of fluoride [0006] (3) Dietary restrictions [0007] Among them, fluoride is the most effective caries prevention material proved by scientific research and clinical practice. Its caries-inhibiting effect is mainly achieved by locally strengthening the tooth structure, inhibiting the demineralization process and enhancing remineralization. There are three ways to use fluoride for caries prevention: ...
