The coking wastewater industry membrane cleaning agent comprises an acidic component and an alkaline component which are independently stored; the acidic component comprises 0.5%-10% of sulfate, 0.2%-5% of polyphosphate, 0.2%-5% of a chelating agent, 0.1%-5% of a surfactant and 75%-99% of deionized water; the acidic component is adjusted to be acidic through an acidic PH regulator; the alkaline component comprises 0.5%-5% of sulfate, 0.1%-5% of polyphosphate, 0.1%-5% of achelating agent, 0.1%-3% of a surfactant and 82%-99.2% of deionized water; and the alkaline component is adjusted to be alkaline through an alkaline PH regulator. On-site configuration of the acidic component and on-site configuration of the alkaline component can realize on-line cleaning or off-line cleaning. The cleaning agent can be used for cleaning calcium fluoride polluted membrane treatmentsystems for wastewater discharged in the coking wastewater industry, and can effectively remove precipitates of calcium fluoride and other salts on the surface of the membrane.
