Abstract

A comprehensive treatment process for preparing a gas fertilizer by cooperation of biological drying and gasification of sludge comprises the following steps: dehydrating excess sludge with water content of 80% by using mechanical filter pressing until the water content is reduced to 55-65%; carrying out biological drying and further dehydration treatment on the wet sludge subjected to conditioning and filter pressing by adopting cheap and easily available biomass powder to reduce the water content to 30-40%; and the addition of the biomass powder gives consideration to the advantages of conditioning the characteristics of the sludge, improving the heat value of the sludge and the like, the sludge subjected to secondary dehydration is fed into a low-temperature gasification furnace to finally obtain the carbon fertilizer, and high-temperature tar gas generated in the treatment process is subjected to photocatalytic cracking and adsorption purification to obtain high-quality synthetic gas.
