The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5.0%-20.0% of butanediol; 5.0%-20.0% of propylene glycol; 0.1%-5.0% of rosa damascena flower water; 0.001%-0.2% of rosa damascena flower oil; 1.0%-5.0% of antioxidant; 1.0%-5.0% of skin conditioning agent; 0.5%-2.0% of moisturizing and whitening agent; 0.2%-2.0% of preservative; 3.0%-12.0% of softening and moistening agent; 0.5%-2.0% of thickening agent; and the balance water. The composition according to the application can increase the oxidase content, scavenge free radicals and superoxide anions and inhibit the tyrosinase activity, and opens up a path for promoting skin metabolism, nourishing skin, moisturizing and lockingmoisture, so that the effect of total-effect skin care is achieved, and the product has the effects of whitening, moisturizing and resisting aging.
