Problems solved by technology

However, cyanamide is a highly toxic substance, which is inconvenient and unsafe to use. If a small amount of cyanamide is splashed on the skin during use, it will cause peeling, and in severe cases, it will cause skin redness, pain, and vomiting. They cannot drink alcohol within 3 days after the treatment, and some people with severe cyanamide allergies will experience skin itching, dizz...

Embodiment 1

[0035] Embodiment 1 (spray branch processing)

[0036] This embodiment selects the vineyard (24°20′N, 103°25′E; altitude 1435m; January average temperature 5.5-20°C) of the Dongfeng Farm Administration Bureau of Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province as the test site, and the grape variety is European subspecies of 'Crystal'. The vines used for the experiment were grafted seedlings planted in 2012, and the grafted rootstock was Vitis vinifera. The vines with healthy trees, vigorous tree vigor, no pests and diseases, and each with three main trunks were selected as test materials.

[0037] After the material is selected, the following concentrations (w / v) and components are sprayed on the grape branches and winter buds after winter pruning:

[0038] ①: 2% sodium tungstate, ②: 1.5% sodium tungstate, ③: 1% sodium tungstate, ④: 0.5% sodium tungstate,

Embodiment 2

[0071] Embodiment 2 (smearing winter bud handles)

[0072] This embodiment selects the vineyard (24°20′N, 103°25′E; 1435m above sea level; 5.5-20°C average temperature in January) of Dongfeng Farm Management Bureau, Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province as the experimental site, and the grape variety is European subspecies of 'Crystal'. The vines used for the experiment were grafted seedlings planted in 2012, and the grafted rootstock was Vitis vinifera. The vines with healthy trees, vigorous tree vigor, no pests and diseases, and each with three main trunks were selected as test materials.

[0073] After the material is selected, apply the following concentrations (w / v) and components to the grapevine buds:

Abstract

The invention discloses an agent for breaking dormancy of grape winter buds and enabling fruits to mature in advance. The agent comprises 0.5%-2% (w/v)of sodium tungstate, 0.03%-0.09% (w/v)of sodium nitroprusside, 1%-3% (w/v)of potassium sulfate, 1%-3% (w/v)of diammonium hydrogen phosphate, 0.2%-0.8% (w/v)of 5-azacitidine and 0.01%-0.04% brassinolide. The agent solves the problem of lack of a non-toxic or low-toxicity agent capable of effectively breaking dormancy of the winter buds of grapes, promoting early germination of the winter buds and enabling the fruits to mature in advance in the prior art. The invention further discloses a method for breaking dormancy of grape winter buds and making fruits mature in advance, the agent is evenly smeared on the grape winter buds or evenly sprayedto grape branches and the winter buds, and phenological periods such as the leaf expansion period, the flowering period, the fruit expansion period and the fruit ripening period of grapes are advanced to different extents. And after the agent is applied, adverse effects on the germination rate, the branching rate and the fruit branch rate of grape winter buds are avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fruit tree planting and cultivation, in particular to a medicament and a method for breaking the dormancy of winter buds of grapes and making fruits ripen in advance. Background technique [0002] Bud dormancy is a beneficial biological characteristic acquired by higher plants through long-term evolution to adapt to extreme low temperature conditions and seasonal changes. Once a perennial deciduous fruit tree enters internal dormancy, it must satisfy a certain amount of low temperature accumulation to release it; insufficient low temperature accumulation will lead to abnormal germination, flowering, fruit setting, and branch and leaf growth, which will seriously affect the production capacity of the tree. Due to the characteristic of dormancy, the fruit tree cultivation area is limited, and it is also a problem that must be considered in the protected cultivation of fruit trees; in recent decades, global ...
