Abstract

The composite emulsion comprises the following components: 5-10% of macro-molecular polyol, 1-5% of diisocyanate, 0.1-0.5% of a sulfonate chain extender, 0.2-0.8% of a post-chain extender, 0.05-0.2% of an end-capping reagent, 0.1-0.3% of ahydroxyl acrylic monomer, 20-30% of an acrylic monomer, 0.5-1.5% of a self-crosslinking monomer, 0.05-0.15% of an initiator, 0.1-1% of a reactive emulsifier and 50-70% of pure water.
