A mixed material A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-99 parts of polyether polyol, 1-50 parts of polymer polyether polyol, 0.1-1.5 parts of an amine catalyst, 0.1-2 parts of an aldehyde trapping agent, 0.1-1.5 parts of silicone oil, 0.1-9.5 parts of water and 0.1-1.5 parts of a foaming agent; the material B is isocyanate; and the mass ratio of the material A to the material B is 1: (1-1.8). The method is as follows: uniformly mixing the polyetherpolyol, the polymer polyether polyol, the amine catalyst, the silicone oil, the water and the foaming agent; then adding the aldehyde catching agent and uniformly mixing again; pouring into a mold after mixing and stirring; closing the mold and curing; and obtaining the finished product. The polyurethane foam disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low odor, odor grade not higher than grade 2 and low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound), the VOC of the foam is not greater than 30 mu g / g, the physical property of the finished product is excellent, and the problems of high VOC and odor of the polyurethane foam are effectively improved.
