Abstract

The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, an electret A and an electret B are prepared, wherein the electret A is prepared from polyethylene, polyurethane, PTFE, organic silicon and deionized water, and the electret B is composed of carbon nanofibers, titanium dioxide nanofibers, PTFE, epoxy resin and deionized water; S2, carding is conducted, and the prepared electret A is used to spray the surfaces of a first surfacelayer, a second surface layer and a third surface layer respectively; and S3, lapping is conducted, the number of lapping layers of the first surface layer is 6-8, the number of layers of the second surface layer is 10-15, and the number of layers of the third surface layer is 5-10. According to the antioxidant PPS filter material and the preparation process thereof, by arranging the electret A and the electret B, the PPS limit oxygen index can be effectively increased, and the electret material is widely applied to the field of high-efficiency low-resistance air filter materials.
