Abstract

The system comprises a NOX industrial tail gas pretreatment unit, a concentrated nitric acid generator, a micro-interface generator and the like. According to the invention, the micro-interface generator crushes NOX industrial tail gas to form micron-scale bubbles, the micron-scale bubbles are output into the NOX oxidation tank to be mixed with a strong oxidizing solution to form a gas-liquid mixture after crushing is completed, the micron-scale bubbles have physicochemical properties which conventional bubbles do not have, and according to the calculation formula of the sphere volume and the surface area, the total surface area ofthe bubbles is inversely proportional to the diameter of a single bubble under the condition that the total volume is not changed, so that the total surface area of the micron-scale bubbles is huge, the micron-scale bubbles and the strong oxidizing solution are mixed to form the gas-liquid mixture, the gas-liquid two-phase contact area is increased, the mass transfer effect is enhanced, the conversion rate of nitrogen dioxide is effectively improved, a reaction gas source is provided for preparing nitric acid, and waste is effectively utilized.
