Abstract

The invention discloses an optical fiber random laser high-temperature sensor, and belongs to the technical field of optical fiber sensing. The sensor comprises a pumping source, a wavelength division multiplexer, a gain optical fiber, a random fiber grating, an optical circulator, an optical fiber isolator, a tube furnace and a spectrograph, the two ends of the wavelength division multiplexer are connected with the pumping source and the gain optical fiber respectively, one end of the gain optical fiber is connected to the optical circulator, and the output end of the optical circulator is sequentially connected with the random fiber grating, the optical fiber isolator, the spectrograph and the random fiber bragg gratings are arranged in the tube furnace; pump light is coupled through the wavelength division multiplexer and enters the gain optical fiber to be amplified, and the optical circulator couples the amplified laser into the random fiber bragg grating. The wavelength of the random fiber bragg grating is changed by adjusting the temperature of the tube furnace, and the spectrograph records the spectrum of the output laser to realize temperature sensing. The sensor can obtain an extremely low threshold value and an ultrahigh optical signal-to-noise ratio, can perform sensing at a relatively high temperature, and has a great prospect in the aspects of high-temperature monitoring and measurement and the like which are actually required.
