The preparation method of the cement comprises the steps of 1) mixing and grinding raw materials to prepare a raw material, preheating and decomposing the raw material, sintering at the temperature of 1350-1450 DEG C, and cooling to prepare a cement clinker; (2) mixing and grinding the cement clinker prepared in the step (1) and a gypsum mixed material to obtain the cement.
