Problems solved by technology

The main purpose is to avoid accidental scratches and stings by jellyfish or other aquatic organisms. Jellyfish clothing basically has no cold-proof effect;
[0005] 3. The dry suit is very heavy and heavy to wear, and the price is relatively expensive. The domestic price starts from 3,000, and the foreign price starts from 8,000.
However, organic phase change materials also have the problem that the liquid phase is easy to leak during the solid-liquid phase transition process, which limits its application.

Abstract

The invention provides a composite phase change material for diving suit, wherein the composite phase change material is prepared by the following steps: S1, adding microcrystalline cellulose into a sodium hydroxide urea aqueous solution to obtain a microcrystalline cellulose solution; S2, adding chitosan into an acetic acid aqueous solution, stirring, adding bentonite, and uniformly mixing to obtain a bentonite-chitosan solution; S3, mixing the microcrystalline cellulose solution with the bentonite chitosan solution, and stirring to obtain hydrogel; S4, freezing and drying the hydrogel to obtain aerogel powder; S5, removing residual sodium hydroxide and urea from the aerogel powder, and performing freeze drying to obtain bentonite-chitosan-microcrystalline cellulose aerogel; S6, soaking the bentonite-chitosan-microcrystalline cellulose aerogel into the melted n-decanoic acid in a vacuum environment to obtain a mixture; and S7, adsorbing excessive n-decanoic acid on the mixture onto filter paper. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite phase change material. According to the composite phase change material provided by the invention, the phase change material is fixed in the aerogel, so that the composite phase change material has relatively good thermal stability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a phase-change material, in particular to a composite phase-change material for diving suits and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The current wetsuits are divided into wet suits, jellyfish suits, and dry suits: [0003] 1. Wet wetsuits will enter water and are not suitable for deep diving, which can easily lead to body temperature imbalance and cause danger to life; [0004] 2. The jellyfish suit is the most basic diving suit, and the material is usually thin. Mainly to avoid being accidentally scratched or stung by jellyfish or other aquatic organisms, jellyfish clothing basically has no cold protection effect; [0005] 3. Dry wetsuits are very heavy and bulky to wear, and the price is relatively expensive, starting from 3,000 in domestic production and 8,000 in foreign countries. Therefore, the development of new wetsuits is imminent. [0006] Phase change material is a chemical material that ut...
