Abstract

The invention discloses a glass ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the glass ceramic material comprises a substrate phase, a reinforcing phase and a bonding phase; the substrate phase is SiO2-Na2O-K2O-CaO-P2O5-Li2O-B2O3-SnO2 series glass ceramic powder, the reinforcing phase is nano silicon oxide surface modified hydroxyapatite whisker, and the bonding phase is silica gel; and the glass ceramic powder, the nano silicon oxide surface modified hydroxyapatite whisker and silica gel are uniformly stirred according to a ratio, and the mixture is tabletted and sintered to obtain the glass ceramic dental material. The biological glass ceramic powder is prepared by using a sol-gel method, and the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved; meanwhile, the material is glass ceramic with apatite forming ability, the apatite deposition time can be shortened to 3 days, and the modified glass ceramic is free of cytotoxicity, good in cell adhesion and proliferation, and shows wide prospects in future medical clinical application of the dental department and the plastic surgery department.
