Thereafter, the solution was stored at 57° C. for 1 day, and it was confirmed that it had become a gel ( Figure 2a ).

[0042] 0.25 g of gelatin was added to 10 ml of 0.1 N HCl, and stirred at 500 rpm at 60° C. for 1 hour to prepare a gelatin solution. After that, 0.3 g of chitosan was added to the gelatin solution, and then a mixed solution of 0.5 M disodium hydrogen phosphate and 0.5 M glycerin was slowly added dropwise, thereby adjusting the pH to 6.8.
