Abstract

The neuron circuit consists of an addition and integral operation circuit and an activation function circuit module, wherein the addition and integral operation circuit consists of an operational amplifier, a resistor and a capacitor; the excitation circuit module is composed of a summing circuit and first to fifth segment modules. The segmentation module is composed of an additive operation circuit and a voltage comparison circuit, wherein the additive operation circuit is composed of a relay and an operational amplifier. By giving an initial value and time delay, the chaotic oscillation phenomenon generated between the voltage x (t) and the time delay signal voltage x (t-tau) can be observed through an oscilloscope, and different chaotic phenomena can be observed when different initial values or time delay are set.
