Abstract

The invention discloses a MnSiO4 / Yeast biological hybrid material as well as a preparation method and the application thereof, and relates to the field of tumor treatment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fully mixing a silicon dioxide solution, disodium maleate and potassium permanganate to obtain a mixed solution; transferring the mixed solution into a hydrothermal reaction kettle to obtain a manganese silicate vesicle solution; modifying the manganese silicate small vesicle solution by using polyetherimide; and adding the modified manganese silicate small vesicles into a yeast-containing solution, so as to obtain the MnSiO4 / Yeast biological hybrid particles. Based on the MnSiO4 / Yeaast (yeast) biological hybrid material, the synergistic treatment of self-enhanced chemical power and tumor immunity can be realized, and the problem that the tumor killing effect of a single way is relatively weak is solved. The MnSiO4 / Yeast nano-particles disclosed by the invention are simple in synthesis method and uniform in size; yeast can target a tumor slightly acidic environment and ferment to generate carbon dioxide to enhance MnSiO4 chemical power, and finally tumor synergistic killing is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological hybrid materials, in particular to a kind of MnSiO 4 / Yeast biohybrid materials and their preparation methods and applications. Background technique [0002] In the past ten years, with the development of global society and economy, the acceleration of industrialization, the change of human living habits, the pollution of the global environment, and the aging of the population, malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases that seriously threaten human life. Malignant tumor, also known as cancer, refers to the abnormal proliferation of new organisms that appear in certain tissues under the action of many carcinogenic factors when the ability to regulate cell proliferation and growth is out of balance. According to the latest cancer data in China released by the National Cancer Center of my country in February 2017, about 7 people are diagnosed with cancer every minute in China, and the incidenc...
