Abstract

The concrete thickening agent is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder; 40-70 parts of a cohesive body; 0.3-1 part of a binder; 0.5-1 part of an oxidizing agent; 0.3-0.5 part of a stabilizing agent; 0.5-1 part of a chain transfer agent and 100-150 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing nano silicon dioxide powder and a cohesive body in parts by mass to obtain a mixture; adding a binder, an oxidant, a stabilizer and a chain transfer agent into water in parts by weight, and mixing to obtain a mixed solution; adding the obtained mixed solution into the mixture, and performing full mixing to obtain a thickening agent. The thickener provided by the invention has small influence on the water reducing performance of concrete, can greatly improve the performance of concrete slurry, reduce concrete bleeding and improve the workability of concrete, and also has a positive effect on the strength of concrete.
