Abstract

The invention discloses a method for confirming a fever abatement target spot of common goldenrop particles. The method comprises the following steps of screening chemical components and potential action targets of common goldenrop particles, and carrying out functional classification on the potential action targets by utilizing a chEMBL database; acquiring fever targets through a disease database, taking an intersection of potential action targets of common goldenrop particles and fever symptom targets, and constructing a common goldenrop particle fever abatement target database; performing functional analysis on the target spots, and screening the key target spots of the common goldenrop particles for abatement of fever; in combination with a dry yeast fever rat test, the cooling drug effect of the common goldenrop particles being defined, and the influence of the common goldenrop particles on the expression level of key targets NF-kappa B, AP-1, TNF-alpha, IL-6, IFN-gamma, IL-1beta, PTGS2, IL-10 and MMP9 being verified.
