Abstract

The invention discloses a compound probiotic preparation for increasing intramuscular fat content of animals as well as a preparation method and application of the compound probiotic preparation. The compound probiotic preparation is prepared from four probiotics, namely, Bacteroides uniformis, Hydrogenoanaerobacterium saccharovorans, Sphaerochaeta globosa and Pyramidobacter piscolens. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: respectively inoculating the four strains into a liquid culture medium for enrichment culture to obtain four bacterial suspensions; respectively centrifuging the prepared four bacterial suspensions to obtain bacterial precipitates, resuspending the bacterial precipitates by using a phosphate buffer solution PBS, and uniformly mixing the four viable bacterial suspensions to obtain the compound probiotic preparation. The probiotic preparation disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process and relatively low in production cost, and has an effect of remarkably increasing the intramuscular fat content of the animals.
