Abstract

The invention discloses an air channeling preventing flue gas treatment system of a chain grate and a method for treating flue gas by using the system. The system comprises the chain grate and a rotary kiln. A PH section of the chain grate is communicated with a flue gas outlet of the rotary kiln through a first pipeline. An air channeling prevention device is arranged between a TPH section and the PH section. Meanwhile, an SCR denitration treatment system is arranged behind the PH section, and flue gas dust removal and flue gas desulfurization devices are arranged on the TPH section and the follow-up workshop section of the SCR system in a centralized mode. A movable airflow balance plate is additionally arranged, the air pressure of the TPH section is controlled to be larger than or equal to the air pressure of the PH section through the position change of the airflow balance plate, and the problem that the content of NOx in flue gas of the TPH section is increased due to the fact that high-NOx-content waste gas of the PH section flies towards the TPH section is solved. The aim of flue gas purification treatment is achieved through the combined action of the SCR system, the desulfurization device and the dust removal device which are accurately regulated and controlled by the air flow control method.
