Abstract

The invention discloses a light-driven nano motor group for photothermal therapy of tumors. The nano motor is a test-tube-shaped gold-copper nano particle, and one end of a hollow gold tube is sealed by a copper rod. The nanomotor shows autonomous propulsive force, the speed of which can increase with the irradiation intensity of near-infrared light. Under near-infrared irradiation, the nano motors are caused to gather into groups at the center of near-infrared irradiation. By adjusting the irradiation time and the power density of the near-infrared light, the size and the response time of the nano-motor cluster can be easily controlled, and by changing the position of the near-infrared irradiation point, the mass center of the cluster can be guided to move, so that the accurate control of the cluster movement is realized. The nano-motor clusters show a good photo-thermal treatment effect under external near-infrared irradiation, and when the nano-motor clusters are used for photo-thermal therapy, a photo-thermal treatment platform is provided, and efficient tumor cell eradication can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of materials, and in particular relates to a light-driven nanomotor group for photothermal therapy of tumors. Background technique [0002] Inspired by self-migrating organisms in nature, synthetic micro-nanomotors are designed to convert chemical fuel or external energy into self-propulsion. These miniaturized mobile devices show great potential in the field of biomedicine, including active cargo delivery, biotherapy, biosensing, and even precision surgery, such as a microrobot ("neutrobot") that can actively deliver cargo to malignant glue in the body. Glioma. [0003] Among these motors, light-driven motor systems have attracted increasing attention due to their high programmability in the optical domain. Chen et al. reported a TiO 2 - Au nanowire motors that can be precisely controlled by ultraviolet light fields and modulate single neuron activity. TiO 2 Precise manipulation of micromotors under li...
