Abstract

The antioxidant corrosion-resistant spandex coated yarn comprises a spandex core yarn and a modified aramid fiber which is wound and coated on the periphery of the spandex core yarn in a one-way mode. The modified aramid fiber is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of aramid fiber, 2 to 3 parts of fluorine-containing polyimide, 8 to 12 parts of whey protein, 1 to 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 8 to 15 parts of polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and 1 to 3 parts of antioxidant. The spandex coated yarn prepared in the invention has the advantages of excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
