Abstract

The preparation conditions of the nanoparticles are mild, and the preparation method is simple and easy to implement. Through related characterization of pharmaceutics, the nanoparticles meet the requirements of a passive targeted drug delivery system. In cell tests, MTT tests and chemotherapy-phototherapy combined nanoparticles OXP-ICG NPs have the following remarkable effects on CT26 colon cancer cells: 1) the tumor inhibition effect (IC50 is reduced from 12.23-28.56 to 4.77); 2) an anti-tumor synergistic effect (the synergistic index is 0.56) is achieved, the OXP phagocytosis amount of tumor cells can be increased by 1.45 times, and the cell apoptosis can be increased by 94.33%, so that the OXP-ICG NPs is proved to efficiently inhibit the growth of the tumor cells and have the chemotherapy-phototherapy synergistic treatment effect, and the new preparation process improves the intermediate preparation level.
