This invention discloses a
system for locating the trident sign for psoas major
muscle block of the intertransverse
ligament, belonging to the field of medical
anesthesia technology. It solves the technical problems of traditional psoas major
muscle block procedures, such as inaccurate localization, reliance on experience, lack of objective indicators for
efficacy verification, and lack of closed-loop feedback. The
system comprises four modules: patient preparation and positioning,
ultrasound scanning and trident sign localization, puncture and block administration, and
efficacy evaluation. It uses the "trident sign" of the
lumbar transverse processes as the basic localization
landmark and the intertransverse
ligament as the key puncture
landmark. It employs in-plane puncture, tactile feedback, and real-time
ultrasound imaging for dual
verification to achieve precise needle tip localization. This invention achieves precise localization, standardized puncture, objective
efficacy, and a
systematic process for psoas major
muscle block, reducing reliance on physician experience, achieving a success rate of ≥95%, significantly reducing the incidence of complications, and demonstrating strong
repeatability. It is suitable for regional
anesthesia and postoperative analgesia in clinical
lumbar spine surgeries.
